Position Overview
We're looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our startup
team and help drive the next phase of growth. In this role, you'll work closely with the
Owner to develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on user acquisition and
brand visibility. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and help shape the
marketing foundation of a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the Owner to plan, build, and optimize targeted digital
campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
Analyze ad performance data and provide strategic recommendations to boostbrand visibility, lead generation, and platform sign-ups
Coordinate the development of ad creative and manage campaign execution withindefined budgets
Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, audience behavior, andcompetitive insights in the fitness and gym management space
Contribute to the broader marketing strategy and provide input on messaging,positioning, and growth experiments
Support strategic planning around pricing, promotions, and distribution tostrengthen product adoption and retention
What We're Looking For
1+ year of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns ( Meta Ads,Google Ads, TikTok, etc. )
Experience in SaaS or B2B marketing; bonus if you have exposure to the fitness orwellness industry
Strong analytical skills - you're comfortable digging into data and optimizingcampaigns for performance
A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills - you'll be workingdirectly with the founder
Comfortable operating in a startup environment - you're resourceful, adaptable, andeager to build from the ground up
