About the role

• Permanent Part Time
• Various Shifts available
• Shift times include : 0630 to 1400, 1030 to 1830, 1430 to 1930 and 1530 to 1830
• Please note this role sits between Nursing Assistant and Food Service Assistant

The way that we provide nutrition and hydration in our homes is evolving to align with our Resident Person‑Centred Care Framework. We are moving to a more traditional restaurant model that has ‘front of house’ and ‘back of house’ team members.

In this role, you will help residents with their meals and drinks, following Estia Health’s personalised meal service guidelines.

You will also :

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with a real desire to make a difference in people’s lives and you will have a Cert III or IV in Aged Care.
