    • Recruitment Responsibilities
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers) across a portfolio of projects.
    • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
    • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
    • Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
    • HR Generalist Responsibilities
    • Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and employee records.
    • Assist in HR reporting, workforce planning and strategic recruitment initiatives.
    • Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance including the creation of job descriptions, HR policies and procedures.
    • Support performance management processes.
    • Contribute to learning and development initiatives.
    • Skills and Experiences
    • Essential Criteria
    • Full and unrestricted work rights in Western Australia
    • Proven internal recruitment background ideally within blue collar and / or white collar environment.
    • Demonstrated recruitment experience across both blue
    • and white collar roles preferably within mining / civil environment.
    • Broad knowledge of HR / IR requirements relating to Fair Work as well as OH&S generally.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Desirable Criteria
    • Certificate, Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources (Highly desirable)
    • Prior recruitment experience for BHP, Rio Tinto or FMG projects.
    • A demonstrated desire to develop skills across the broader spectrum of human resources, including employee relations, workforce planning and learning and development.
