Job Description

About the role

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team in Bunbury, WA on a permanent, full-time basis.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the role is responsible for maintaining Onsite assets on our customer sites.

Working across our diverse product range including access equipment, compaction, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps, and more, your role will be to :

Carry out mechanical inspection, servicing, and repairs across our product range in the field (and in the workshop as required)
Ensure jobs are logged in our service module and all paperwork is completed daily
Monitor and record parts usage
Build and maintain strong working relationships with our customers

Along with a positive attitude & high regard for safety, our ideal candidate will have :

Current driver's licence

Sound diagnostic, fault finding, and problem-solving skills

Great communication skills with a strong customer service focus

Ability to work unsupervised in the field

Ability to participate in on-call roster
