Responsibilities

As a Softscape Team Member, your daily tasks will include :

• Carrying out landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, edging, pruning, planting, mulching, and hedging to ensure green spaces are healthy and visually appealing.
• Assisting with softscape installation and minor landscape construction tasks including turfing and basic paving rectification, under the guidance of a team leader or supervisor.
• Operating and maintaining small plant and equipment such as mowers, blowers, and whipper snippers safely and effectively.
• Following site plans and instructions from supervisors to complete tasks on time and to a high standard.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety procedures on-site.
• Supporting the wider team with general labouring and clean-up tasks to keep job sites safe and tidy.
• Reporting any site issues or hazards to your supervisor promptly.
