The Opportunity :

Exciting opportunities exist for experienced Chefs and Chef Leaders to work a Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) roster from both Brisbane and regional airports to our remote sites throughout Queensland. We are enhancing the catering and workplace experience in our QLD Villages and your innovation and flare is needed to be a part of the team!

The Opportunity :

Reporting to the Head Chef and site Catering Leads, this is your chance to break away from the same old kitchen routine. Join ISS and bring fresh, on-trend meals to life for hundreds of residents in our remote villages.

As a Chef, you'll lead breakfast, takeaway lunches, and dinner service — delivering safe, delicious, and innovative food that exceeds expectations and meets all safety and contract standards.

Food safety and a strong safety culture are non-negotiable — we cook with passion and care, for our people and our community.
