Job Description : Trainee Brewery Operator

Rocky Ridge is Australia’s first Carbon Neutral and Certified Sustainable Brewery, committed to making great beer responsibly. We have an opportunity to join our production team at our Jindong Brewery for someone passionate about great beer and ensuring it reaches customers in top condition.

Position : Full-time Trainee Brewery Operator

Reporting To : Lead Brewer and Head Brewer

Key Responsibilities :

• Cleaning and sanitizing tanks
• Assisting the brew team with cellar work and wort production
• Supporting the packaging team with canning and kegging
• Recording all quality parameters
• Supporting Quality Assurance with standard and quality checks
• Contributing to continual improvement of quality and environmental standards
• Assisting with warehousing tasks

General Requirements :

This is an entry-level position open to individuals without previous brewery experience. It's a great opportunity to start a career in brewing.
