4 X Packers / Furniture Assemblers – AM Shift - $33 p / hr + Daily OT - Blacktown

Fuse Recruitment are seeking packers and furniture assemblers for immediate starts in Blacktown. Day shift, Monday to Friday ongoing roles paying $33 p / hr + 2 hours daily overtime. These roles start this week!

The Client :

A National brand specialising in furniture products, located in Blacktown.

For you :

• Blacktown location
• Free onsite parking
• Monday to Friday role
• 7am - 3pm shift
• 33 p / hr + Super
• 2 hours daily overtime available (finish at 5pm)
• Temp to perm after 3 months for proven performers
• No daily shift confirmation needed from the agency!

The Role : Furniture Packer and Assembler

Your main duties will involve :

Picking orders

Manual Handling

Palletising stock

Shrink wrapping pallets

Re stacking pallets

Heavy lifting up to 20 kgs

Assembly duties :

Assembling kit set furniture

Following and reading plans

Use of Hand and Power tools

Setting up furniture Displays

Shift Available :

Day :

7am - 3pm

Monday to Friday

33 p / hr

2 hours daily overtime (You must be flexible and able to work daily overtime)

The Candidates :

To be successful in obtaining this role you will have the following experience :

Pick packing

Palletising stock

Shrink wrapping (Both manual and machine operated)

Hand and Power tool experience

Furniture Assembly experience is advantageous

Excellent attention to detail

Previous experience in a fast-paced environment

Excellent WHS knowledge

Heavy lifting up to 20 kgs

The ability to read and follow plans

Advantageous

Forklift License (Pay will increase if operating a forklift to $35.50 p / hr)
