About the role
This position has operational accountability for their team within the Calvary Bereavement Counselling Service and reports operationally to the Department Head (Director of Allied Health and Non‑Admitted Care) and has professional accountability to their Discipline Advisor.
The Team Leader will provide operational direction, lead, guide and manage the team across the relevant facility and facilitate the implementation of high levels of clinical expertise in order to provide high quality care to patients / clients and their carers consistent with Calvary Healthcare Kogarah and relevant Government Health policies, procedures and standards. The position contributes directly to the development of policy, with consideration of the strategic context.

Pre‑employment checks
