A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members.
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space.
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance.

About You

• With demonstrated leadership experience – who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values.
• Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously.
• With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal‑breaker – At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience.
