THE ROLE
Preparing the service with delicious food using first class produceEnsure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures.Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimum.Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards.THE PERSON
Certificate III in Commercial CookeryExperience in Production and Buffet service preferredA passion for food and exceptional customer serviceA flexible approach to fortnightly roster patternTHE BENEFITS
