What you will do as the Lawyer or Senior Lawyer in the Regulatory Law Unit :
Lawyers (APS6) would have at least three years’ relevant practice experience or equivalent and may work autonomously at times but would generally work under supervision.
Senior Lawyers (EL1) would typically have significant experience advising in relevant areas of law or equivalent and be capable of working autonomously and, at times, with some supervision when providing legal advice.
