What You Will Be Doing
The Assistant Manager in the absence of the Front Office Manager and or General Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the hotel across all departmentsHandle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guestsLead and manage all aspects of the front office department and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging serviceDrive loyalty sign ups in line with AccorHotels regional targets, Hotel specific targets and associated initiativesTaking initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests are positive and productiveProviding guidance, supporting training and leading the Front Office teamAssisting with check-in and check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered toAssisting other areas of the hotel during peak times when neededBeing responsible for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff membersImplementing supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practicesQualifications
