Sales Consultant Mazda

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join the team at Tweed Mazda .

What the role entails :

• Customer Engagement & Enquiries : Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally and actively prospecting for new clients to expand the customer base.
• Lead Management & Follow-Up : Establishing and maintaining a structured follow-up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business, and drive customer retention.
• Sales & Target Achievement : Maximizing every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals.
• Product Knowledge & Promotion : Staying updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers.

What we are looking for :

• Prior experience in automotive sales is highly desirable, with a proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong skills in negotiating deals that balance customer satisfaction with business goals
• A genuine commitment to delivering industry-leading service and creating exceptional customer experiences
• A self-motivated team player who’s ready to work hard, embrace challenges, and have fun along the way
