• The Role

As Head Barista, reporting to the Café Manager, you'll ensure our coffee quality and service meet Veneziano's high standards. You'll maintain the Coffee Bar's order and deliver an exceptional coffee experience that aligns with our brand. You'll also innovate with new coffee ideas and products.

• Key Responsibilities
• Maintain expert knowledge of the specialty coffee industry and uphold Veneziano standards at the coffee bar.
• Build rapport with customers and drive sales through education and promotions.
• Oversee operations of staff in the coffee bar.

You have a deep passion for coffee, a strong background as a barista in the specialty coffee space, and experience in high-paced environments. Your leadership, attention to detail, and communication skills are top-notch.
