    In this role you will

  • Support our Northern Beaches & North Shore branches by being the first point of contact for our customers
  • Our Northern Beaches & North Shore Branches are Mona Vale Warringah Mall Manly Forestway Dee Why Mosman Chatswood Crows Nest Hornsby Lane Cove North Sydney St Ives & Macquarie Shops
  • Work with your customers to identify the most suitable products and services that best matches their needs and ensuring they receive a seamless consistent and customised customer service experience every step of the way.
  • Assist our customers with account opening unsecured Lending and banking transactions
  • Ensure all customer details are accurate and up to date
  • Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (selfservice and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple easy and secure
  • Undertaking ongoing training and development to enhance your career development

    The roles working hours are 9 : 15am 4 : 30pm Monday to Thursday & 9 : 15am to 5 : 30pm Friday
