About the Role
As a Senior Recruitment Account Manager – HR Specialisation, you’ll lead the delivery of HR recruitment for temp / contract, fixed term, and permanent roles across both generalist and specialist HR functions. Reporting to Anita Vaughan, the Director of Talent Solutions, who has over 20 years of HR and Talent experience, from being a practitioner herself to running a specialist HR business across both SA and Vic. This is the opportunity to learn and be mentored by the best!
This is a warm desk with immediate opportunities and a strong pipeline across all sectors, including a strong network across Government, Health Care, Technologies, NFP, and private sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior HR roles with a strong client and candidate experience lens
- Build trusted partnerships with HR and executive leaders, shaping talent strategies and engaging in strategic conversations
- Collaborate with our support team on sourcing, screening, compliance, and onboarding
- Act as a senior advisor on campaigns, tools, and process design
- Drive revenue growth by achieving individual and team recruitment targets, contributing to practice profitability
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities, expanding client relationships and market share
- Contribute to the growth and visibility of the HR practice through client development, networking, and thought leadership. Mentor and support junior team members when required

You’re a confident, warm, experienced recruiter who thrives in consultative environments. You’ve successfully recruited across HR functions (or similar) and are comfortable partnering with CPOs, HR Managers, and senior stakeholders.
