Pinnacle College

We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Accountants for a full-time position that will be placed at our Golden Grove campus. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining our school accounts.

Benefits, Tasks & Responsibilities

The role of the Accountant involves :

  • Formulating budgetary and accounting policies
  • Preparing financial statements for stakeholders
  • Conducting financial investigations, audits, and advisory services
  • Examining operating costs, income, and expenditure
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial reports
  • Liaising with financial institutions for funds management
  • Introducing and maintaining accounting systems
  • Maintaining internal control systems
  • Assessing cash flow and financial risk for capital investments

Qualification & Experience

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor or higher in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
  • Minimum one year relevant work experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work with a variety of IT software platforms.
  • A commitment to the mission, vision, and core values of the College.
  • Working with Children Check.
