The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Rowing Squad Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This unique opportunity allows you to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of young rowers and drive excellence throughout all phases of the rowing program.
The Rowing Squad Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the rowing program is effectively utilising the broader work of the school relating to student development and is focused on supporting students within the program in the development of skills, competence and capacities in the social and emotional domain. The role has overall responsibility for student wellbeing and safety within the program.
The Rowing Squad Coordinator will promote the reputation and ethos of Ballarat Clarendon College through effective communication about rowing events, detailed planning and maintaining effective relationships with all stakeholders involved in the College's sporting program.
