Position Summary

The People team at Okendo is here to ensure every employee has the best experience of their working life. As our People Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our systems and processes running smoothly, compliantly, and with care. You’ll take ownership of our HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration, while also helping to shape and scale the structures that support a high‑performing, people‑first culture. You’ll have the opportunity to design and implement team‑wide processes that can grow with the company—and we’ll work together to make sure your own career path grows alongside them.

How you’ll create impact

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Coordinate and manage a seamless onboarding experience : documentation, equipment, access setup, scheduling, and welcome touchpoints
• Coordinate with team internally to ensure smooth offboarding including knowledge transitions and exit processes
