A.B. Paterson College's Early Childhood Centre is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Early Childhood Educators for a Permanent Full-Time position. The role operates between 7am – 6pm, Monday to Friday .

Our educators are responsible for creating engaging programs tailored to each child's unique interests and needs, following the Early Years Learning Framework.

These carefully designed programs provide children with a wide range of learning opportunities in nature, science, technology, literacy, numeracy, social and emotional skills, problem-solving, confidence-building, and much more.

At the Early Childhood Centre, children have the freedom to explore our beautiful gardens and are encouraged to connect with nature and their surroundings. Our Early Learning Centre is designed for children to have the opportunity to enjoy not only indoor but outdoor learning, with our spacious outdoor learning areas.

The Banjo and Friends Early Learning Centre (Pre-Prep) lays the foundation for growth, education, and care at A.B. Paterson College. Conveniently located on the ground floor of The Winton Centre, our exceptional facility boasts three fully equipped Pre-Prep classrooms. These rooms feature floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to a creative playground, offering ample space for children to actively participate in meaningful learning experiences.

Collaboration with the College enables the children to participate in extracurricular activities including library experiences, physical education and music lessons with A.B. Paterson College teaching staff. We also run a successful outside school hours care program for Prep to year 6.
