About the client :

Our client is currently seeking multiple Paediatric Occupational Therapists to join their expanding team in Alexandra Hills. The practice supports NDIS neurodiverse children and adolescents, as well as private, fee-for-service clients.With a fully established client base ready to be serviced, they are looking for candidates with immediate or short-term availability to step into these rewarding roles.

They are offering both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible days and hours negotiable for the right candidates. The salary range is $87K–$130K (commensurate with experience), with the added benefit of NFP salary packaging options of up to $15,900.

About Your Role :

Conduct comprehensive assessments and prepare detailed reports for NDIS participants and private fee-for-service clients.

  • Develop, monitor, and adapt individualized treatment plans to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and client-centered care.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, ensure accurate record-keeping, and document all therapy-related activities.
  • Enjoy professional development and supervision allowances.
  • Access a dedicated resource budget to support effective service delivery.

What You Need :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Working with Children Check and Worker Screening (current or able to obtain).
  • Provider Number (current or able to obtain).
  • Experience working with children and adolescents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for empowering neurodiverse young people
