Are you a dynamic HR professional ready to make a real impact? At Crown Australia, we're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide both strategic and operational HR support across our QLD & NT Branches. In this generalist role, you'll work closely with Branch Managers to deliver initiatives that drive performance, build capability, and enhance employee engagement. Supported by and reporting to the Human Resources Operations Manager, you will have end-to-end accountability for the HR function across your designated branches, you'll play a key role in areas such as recruitment and resource management, coaching and supporting managers, driving training and development, managing performance and ensuring consistent, compliant HR practices across your region.
