Job descriptionGuaranteed Retainer % Commission while in training Uncapped monthly commission Company vehicle (fully serviced and maintained) Tools of the trade provided (tablet, smartphone & product samples) Immersive and supportive retail team environment Generous % discounts across ALL brands + access to EAP Rotating roster (1 in 2 Saturdays only) Retail experience Proactive mindset and ambition 2-5 years sales experience – Home Décor and / or Furnishings preferred Consultative and in-home selling experience is advantageous Excellent communication skills Valid driver's license Capacity to work every second Saturday IT proficiency - PC / Tablet and MS Windows based programs
