Base pay range

A$200,000.00 / yr - A$300,000.00 / yr

The Opportunity

As Electrical Director, you’ll lead a high-performing building services team delivering projects across health, education, commercial, transport, and infrastructure sectors. You’ll be responsible for driving technical excellence, building strong client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

This is a pivotal position offering both autonomy and influence — ideal for a senior leader looking to step into a Director-level role or an existing Director seeking a more entrepreneurial environment with genuine financial reward.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Electrical discipline within a multidisciplinary building services team
• Provide technical oversight across concept, detailed design, and delivery phases
• Drive project performance and profitability, ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction
• Manage and mentor engineers at all levels, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused culture
• Actively participate in business development and client relationship management
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making across the leadership team
• Oversee project financials and resource planning within your discipline
• Share in business profits through a monthly profit distribution arrangement
