TTI is currently seeking a Team Leader to join our team in Sydney. Reporting to the Operation Manager, your key duties will include :
Ensure the safe, accurate and efficient picking and processing of all orders through to despatch within agreed timeframes.Manage the team to achieve a cost‑effective and safe operation within the NSW warehouse by use of the business and system; MLS‑WMS processes and procedures.Obtain a strong level of system; WMS‑MLS knowledge to lead and coach teams.Ensure all Put‑away from GR is achieved within 24hrs of receipt.Ensure all orders are picked and despatched within agreed lead‑times.Ensure pick accuracy to minimise inventory loss, and achieve high customer satisfaction.Ensure that pick face replenishment is optimised and completed on a timely basis.Work with the Inventory Team to ensure that system and physical inventory differences and issues are resolved promptly to minimise delays in picking.Provide training and support in use of the MLS‑WMS system and their associated procedures to the inbound, picking, packing and replenishment teams.Support the cycle count program put in place by the Inventory Team.Working with the Inventory Team to ensure that pick faces are in optimum areas to increase warehouse picking throughput.Skills and experience required :
ØDemonstrated experience in process improvement and continuous improvement with respect to picking / replenishment activities.ØExperience in documenting processes and procedures.ØExperience in managing picking and replenishment teams within a FMCG warehouse environment.ØExperienced in picking / replenishment within a large (20,000 plus pallet) warehouse, managing a team of 25+.ØThorough knowledge of all aspects of picking, replenishment, cycle counting & training staff on the use of the relevant warehouse management system -WMS; SAP, Microlistics - MLS.Ø2 years plus experience using complex WMS, for Inbound, Outbound and Inventory processes.ØAbility to use Microsoft Office programs; Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel to enhance your continuous improvement in role and support of team.Apply now
