About the role

The Associate Nurse & / or Midwife Unit Manager provides expert care in various health settings, guiding less experienced staff and supporting the Nurse & / or Midwife Unit Manager. Responsibilities include promoting care continuity, assisting with practice changes, and managing staffing, performance, and resources.
