The successful candidates will have a passion for the dairy industry and have experience in assisting the management team in managing a dairy operation.

The successful candidates will have demonstrated skills and experience in the following areas;

• Complete droving moving cows to shed prior to milking as needed
• Complete milkings in the dairy shed complete prestart milking and cleanup
• Effectively work as part of a team ensuring pace is aligned
• Identify and report equipment not operating as it should and complete general / minor maintenance as required and according to safe operating procedure
• Complete data entry / recording of incidents miking machinery and animal health
• Comply with all safe operating procedures and support the safety culture on farm
• Tractor work
• Animal feeding calf feeding paddock setup and other general farm tasks.
