Exciting opportunity at MACA Mining! Join our dynamic Maintenance team as a Maintenance Supervisor. Lead a team of field service mechanics under the guidance of the Field Service Coordinator. Your role includes overseeing smooth operations during major plant shutdowns and scheduled component change-outs at our sites. Enjoy an 8 : 6 Roster with some flexibility to align with shutdowns and project coverage.

Key responsibilities :

• Daily supervision of site maintenance personnel including apprentices and sub-contractors to ensure all tasks are performed in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure optimal utilisation of plant and equipment to limit down time.
• Plan, prioritise and execute unscheduled work resulting from breakdown or backlog as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent.
• Ensure all work is completed as scheduled to MACA quality and safety standards.
• Ensure that monitoring tools such as KPIs and other standard measures are utilised to improve maintenance processes.
