Sales Consultant

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Parts Sales Consultant to join the team!

Role responsibilities

• Answer and respond to sales enquiries via all available mediums
• Answer telephone enquiries in a timely, polite and professional manner
• Accurately identify the required parts, and identify the available stock within ACM Parts to fulfil the request
• Utilize Inventory system to establish the appropriate selling price for recycled parts
• Negotiate final pricing with customers
• Negotiate and sell extended warranties, freight
• Source parts from other recyclers maintaining brokered margin targets
• Ensure all documentation and reporting are processed in a timely manner
• Keep customer information accurate and up to date
• Adhere to all KPI’s and follow best sales practice and behaviour
• Follow up with customers for open quotes & providing tracking information on orders
• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge
• Follow ACM Parts sales process to maximize revenue
