Quality Assurance Tester

JOB OBJECTIVE

To manage and maintain user access within internal systems by handling account creation, deactivation, data updates, and ticket resolution. The role ensures secure, accurate, and timely support for internal users while upholding organizational policies and service standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create test scenarios for new and existing system or applications.
• Review and analyze requirements and process flow of all systems or applications of South Asialink Finance Corporation and newly developed systems and provide timely feedback.
• Do a series of tests (Functional Test, Integration Test, Regression Test, Alpha Test, Stress test, Performance Test (Optional), Security Testing (Optional)).
• Testing (Optional).
• Document bugs and ensure its fixes satisfies the criteria or requirements before releases.
• Provide recommendation and system improvements.
• Documentation of list of errors per project with same error count.
• On-time delivery of tested projects.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• w/ at least minimum of 3 years' work experience as QA Tester.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• W/ knowledge of software development methodologies and processes.
• Familiarity with various testing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
