Job descriptionBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Graphic Design, Communication, or related field of study. May be substituted with 5+ years of documented, recent work experience. 3+ years of demonstrable experience as a graphic designer using both Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Software products to develop multimedia content. 3+ years of experience developing IMI at the Interactive Courseware (ICW) -2, -3, and 4 Levels. Experience in developing courseware that is, at a minimum, SCORM 4.1, HTML5, and section 508 compliant; this includes cradle to grave support in the development, acceptance, and hosting of content on a Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) Approved Learning Management System (LMS). Must be a U.S. citizen. Adobe Creative Suite Microsoft Office Software Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active TS / SCI w / FS Poly security clearance. Clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate. - IMM products may include PowerPoint graphics, digital images, animations, videography, graphics, and digital images that enrich the student learning experience.
