Casual Depot Assistant

Return-It , a wholly owned subsidiary of Re.Group , specialises in managing Container Deposit Schemes (CDS) across Australia. Using convenient locations and new technology, we offer a seamless recycling experience at fully staffed depots and express collection points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to customers.
• Sort recyclable items into their correct categories.
• Transport items to the relevant storage area, using forklift or manual handling.
• Welcome customers and assist with their recycling products to inspire repeat return customers.
• Handle cash securely.
• Ensure staff adhere to all health and safety procedures, highlighting any hazards or risks.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
• Ensure staff have the skills and training to work safely and efficiently.
