Store Manager | BONDS | Macarthur Square — a full-time role at Hanes Brands Australasia. This is a 38-hour-per-week position. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the Bonds MacArthur Store team.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team deliver on budgets and KPIs.
• Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
• Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and use discretion to make commercial decisions.
• Understand Stock Management processes and prioritise tasks.
• Coach and provide on-the-spot feedback to your team.
• Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive your business.
