We're looking for a dedicated and energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Roseworthy. If you enjoy leading by example, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive and friendly team, this could be your next step.

The Role :

As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This hands-on position involves leading the team on the floor, ensuring high service standards, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented store.

Your Responsibilities :

• Assist with the daily running of the store and staff coordination
• Motivate, train, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels; assist with ordering and stock control
• Accurately manage cash handling and point-of-sale systems
• Address and resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Contribute to staff rosters and help manage team performance
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards
• Operate equipment including fuel pumps, food service, coffee machines, and lotto terminals
• Support compliance with WHS regulations and company policies
• Take on administrative tasks and reporting duties in the Store Manager's absence
• Set the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and service on every shift
