My client is looking for a Kindegarten assistant to join their Kindergarten to assist the teacher in implementing a play based program. The role is for an educator to work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8 : 30am - 4 : 00pm each day.
Your role will include but not limited to :
- Supervise children and interact positively with each child
- Welcome families to the kindergarten
- Set up and pack away of the program
- Ensure individual children's needs are met
- Guide children's behavior in a positive manner
- Follow the kindergartens philosophy and comply with children services regulations
- Ensure a safe and secure environment
- Contribute ideas to program planning
