Our client is an award-winning and highly regarded agency specialising in the sale, leasing, and management of commercial / retail property in Perth. Due to multiple new projects, they are growing and have therefore created a new position to work alongside 2 x Senior Property Managers who are highly knowledgeable in the Perth market.
The Position
- Day-to-day management of a premium retail portfolio, liaising with tenants and landlords
- Regular property inspections / reports
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Tenant invoices and arrears
- Budgeting
- Overseeing facility management and maintenance of the portfolio
The Criteria
Ideally, minimum 2 x years experience in commercial property management; however, experienced Assistant Commercial Property Managers are also encouraged to applyWA Property Management LicenseKnowledge of Cirrus8 would be highly regarded but not essentialKnowledge of relevant commercial tenancy legislationThe Benefits
