About The Role

We are seeking motivated Machine Operators for our salad processing facility in Bairnsdale. Responsibilities include working on production lines and maintaining food quality standards.

Shifts available : Night shift at 12 : 06 am and Day shift at 10 : 30 am. Must be physically fit, able to lift up to 15 kg, and have good English skills for compliance paperwork. Some work on public holidays and Sundays during peak periods (penalty rates apply).

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment on food processing lines
• Achieve output and line speed targets within set timeframes
• Work efficiently on fast-paced production lines, ensuring quality and reliability
• Maintain food safety standards
• Keep work area clean and safe
