About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Snr Functional & Technical Analyst D365 SCO to join our IT Applications team and drive the successful delivery of D365 projects, enhancements and support across our Operations function.
This role will be based between our head office in Norwest with regular travel to our manufacturing site at Orchard Hills.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Leading the transition from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain modules, performing fit-gap analyses and configuring modules to meet specific business workflows..
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to define business requirements.
- Develop critical project artifacts, including Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), Functional Design Documents (FDD), technical requirements and process flows.
- Reduce the Production and Logistic reliance on legacy solutions by migrating to Dynamics 365 Operations functionality.
- Conduct Dynamics F&O working sessions to demonstrate system capabilities by configuring core modules, data migration and reporting to enable workflows that meet business requirements.
- Partner with Finance, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless and optimised end-to-end data flow and reporting.
- Support supply chain and manufacturing users including production problems, incidents and change requests i.e. manage and resolve open tickets in your support queue.
- Follow ITIL processes and methodologies for approval and migration of changes to production
- Collaborate with Operations, Project Office and IT teams to resolve issues across operations, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and inventory.
- Partner with supply chain and operations departments across the business to ensure solutions meet operational requirements and align with business milestones.
- Coordinate project plans, budgets and reporting.
- Influence best practice solution architecture and support a high-performance IT culture.
- Work with vendors to provide support and upgrade information.
- Develop, execute and lead unit, system and user testing as required to implement changes into production
- Build strong relationships across stakeholders and business users.
What you’ll bring to the role
Proven experience as a Senior Functional and Technical analyst in Dynamics F&O Supply Chain modules.Experience in FMCG processes including order management, demand and supply planning, MRP, manufacturing, warehouse management, inventory management, procurement.Excellent Dynamics 365 and business process knowledge in Supply Chain modules.Solution knowledge of Dynamics 365, SQL data base and integration technologies.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.Strong analytical, project planning and commercial acumen.Ability to manage multiple initiatives, navigate conflicting priorities and work with senior leadersWhat can you expect in return?
