What you'll be doing
The Emergency Department Registered Nurse Development Program has been established to facilitate the development of Registered Nurses in the emergency nursing specialty. Participants complete the one-year development program and will then be allocated a permanent fulltime position in a SWSLHD Emergency Department.
The program provides an opportunity for participants to gain experience in two Emergency Departments across SWSLHD supported by a coordinated education program.
The Registered Nurse will provide safe, compassionate, quality, person centred care and work in collaboration with patients / families / carers and a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes.
