The Company : This Australian owned and operated fashion apparel retailer has a blossoming store count of more than 130 sites across Australia, New Zealand as well as a strong global presence. Their loyal customer base has been built over the past 30 years and they are focused on sustainable sourcing for their products and being innovative in their offer. They are sourcing for a confident, passionate and energetic retail leader to manage their top performing DFO store. You will have a high success rate in developing people, leading team engagement, exceeding results, excellent operational standards and a natural ability to deliver outstanding customer experience in the fashion sector. The Job Role :

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and individual growth.

Oversee the presentation of the store, ensuring it reflects the brand image and meets visual merchandising standards.

Drive sales through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and sales training.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Effectively manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
