Job Description
As our NationalTalent Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and developing our workforce and leadership leadership capability.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing Yumbah’s strategic workforce plan over the long term, whilst delivering highly efficient systems and processes to enable the business to meet it’s short-term labour force needs.

The successful applicant will be responsible for :
Implement efficient systems to drive talent pooling and recruitment for permanent and casual labour, reducing the time and cost to fill a position

We’re looking for a people-focused Individual with experience in Talent sourcing and development who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment. You’ll bring commercial awareness, deep insight into how to create a great place to work and build high performing teams and be a strong relationship builder at your core.
