Job Description
We are looking for someone who has a friendly, customer-focused attitude with a passion to exceed guest expectations.
This is a casual role, reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Managers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Assisting the Food & Beverage Department across all outlets including : Courtyard Restaurant, Olims Bar & Bistro, Bottle Shop, Room Service, Minibar and Conference & Events.
- Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.
- Greeting & welcoming guests, assisting with enquiries & restaurant bookings. Assisting guests with menu offerings & maximizing sales opportunities through product knowledge.
- Set up & pack down of conference rooms
Qualifications
A friendly, self-motivated personality with the ability to work within a team.A demonstrated understanding of industry-related technology systemsCurrent RSA & RCG certificateThe ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings & public holidays.Additional Information
