Base pay range

A$220,000.00 / yr - A$265,000.00 / yr

Marketing Director – APAC

  • $220k base + super with $265k uncapped OTE
  • Sydney | Hybrid (3 days in office)

We’re looking for a strategic and commercially-minded Marketing Director to lead regional marketing initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region.

This senior leadership role will oversee a team of two and drive integrated marketing programs designed to accelerate growth, generate demand, and strengthen brand presence across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate will bring deep B2B SaaS experience, strong regional expertise, and a proven ability to align marketing strategy with commercial outcomes. You’ll combine high-level strategic thinking with a hands-on approach — leading regional campaigns, managing budgets, and collaborating with global counterparts to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the APAC marketing team (2 direct reports), spanning partner, customer, and direct marketing streams.
  • Build and execute integrated demand generation programs aligned to regional revenue goals and strategic priorities.
  • Design and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, events, content, PR, and social.
  • Develop and manage the APAC partner marketing strategy , driving joint success and ROI through co-marketing initiatives.
  • Create a long-term growth plan (3–5 years) focused on pipeline generation, brand awareness, and market share expansion.
  • Manage significant marketing budgets, ensuring effective spend allocation and measurable ROI.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Global Marketing to ensure regional alignment and local market relevance.
  • Manage agency relationships and oversee the localisation of global assets and messaging.
  • Partner with Sales Development and Customer teams to improve funnel conversion and customer engagement.
  • What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing within SaaS, technology, or enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated success in regional marketing leadership , ideally across multiple APAC markets.
  • Strong experience with partner and channel marketing programs.
  • Deep understanding of digital, social, and multi-touch campaign design — including the use of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to connect marketing performance with commercial outcomes and pipeline growth.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
  • A data-driven and strategic mindset, paired with strong operational execution.
  • Experience leading and mentoring small teams.
