About the role :

Our reputation and dedication to excellence in the field of surveying has allowed us to build and maintain exceptionally strong relationships with Western Australia’s biggest rail, mining and construction companies and continues to see us being engaged on more and more projects across the state. To support this growth, we’re seeking to enhance our team with Survey Superintendent professional.

A career with McDonald Surveys will see you undertaking projects from Perth to the Pilbara so we do expect a degree of flexibility, as rosters will change from project to project, but our commitment to ensuring a healthy work / life balance is always unwavering.

About you :

Based either in Karratha or FIFO from Perth, you will be an Survey Superintendent seeking the opportunity to take your leadership and client engagement skills to the next level, as a contributing and effective member of our team we will expect you to demonstrate :

• Either based out Karratha or FIFO ex Perth
• A proven track record of experience in Rail Surveying using a broad variety of techniques
• Tertiary qualifications in Surveying or Engineering essential
• Strong leadership skills and a willingness to mentor those more junior to you
• Share our values of  People, Unity, Integrity & Excellence
• A strong, yet professional, communicator who can talk with anyone!
• A passion for technology and working with state-of-the-art survey equipment
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own workload
