Overview / Responsibilities :
Wood is recruiting for a Community Engagement Business Partner to join our business in the Australia & Asia Pacific (APAC) region. This is a rare career opportunity covering the entire region to be located ideally in Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane or surrounding areas. This is a permanent role and available as full-time or on a part-time (job share) basis.
In this highly visible role, you will lead and partner with #teamwood, across all business units throughout Australia, to drive an aligned and structured approach to deliver successful outcomes on Woods' Commitment to Reconciliation. Working closely with the Leadership Team, you will help create an Inspired Culture, empowering employees to advance Reconciliation in Australia by realising Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander aspirations through real understanding, real partnerships and real opportunities, and to make a positive difference in the locations and communities in which we work.

Skills / Qualifications :
You must be an Australian citizen or be eligible to hold Permanent Residency (PR) and be able to work lawfully in Australia to be considered for this opportunity.
Ideally you will be a professional in a similar role with proven experience successfully working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, driving positive outcomes and change, aligned to the principles of self-determination. Tertiary qualifications from a recognised institution would also be advantageous, but not essential.
