Base pay range

A$90,000.00 / yr - A$120,000.00 / yr

Position Overview

Due to continued growth, our client's aftercare and support business is seeking a dedicated Wastewater Operations Support Engineer covering the Brisbane Metro area. This role combines technical expertise with customer service excellence to ensure optimal performance of water treatment systems across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site assessments, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting for wastewater treatment systems, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Manage chemical dosing programs and monitor system performance across industries such as mineral processing, infrastructure, food and beverage, and manufacturing.
• Support customers post installation and commissioning with any troubleshooting and aftercare requirements.
• Provide clients with technical reports and recommendations for system improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests and emergency situations.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all client systems.
