About You

You're a natural leader with a passion for luxury retail and an eye for detail. You love creating unforgettable experiences for customers and thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment. You bring energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to develop your career while inspiring those around you. Ideally, you have at least two years of experience in luxury retail or jewellery, but more importantly, you have the drive and dedication to succeed.

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll be a key part of a supportive team, ensuring the store runs smoothly and successfully. Your role will include :

Leading by example to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Delivering outstanding customer service with warmth and authenticity.

Managing expenses and assisting with operational efficiencies.

Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.

Coaching and mentoring team members to reach their full potential.

Maintaining impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards.

Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
