Job descriptionConvert leads that come into the business through the company Prospect for new organic growth business Work closely with the property management & sales team Communicate with and service their current database Conduct market appraisals Emphasis on building quality not just quantity Current PM Registration & driver's license Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in the real estate or rental sector Strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting relationships A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
