What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who loves turning ideas into visuals that make people stop, look and engage. You’ll be the creative force behind designs that appear everywhere - from social feeds and digital ads to print campaigns and beyond.

Compare the Market and iSelect’s in-house agency is a creative powerhouse where no two days are the same. You’ll collaborate with the brand teams, the in-house creative team, external agency partners and CXM specialists to bring briefs to life. One day you’ll be crafting a bold campaign for Australians to compare, the next polishing internal presentations or partnering with external agencies to keep our brands at the forefront of people’s minds.

What Sets You Apart

You’re a designer who knows how to make ideas pop and brands shine. With a solid foundation in graphic design and a portfolio that shows off your versatility, you’re confident working across both digital and print. You’re not afraid to push creative boundaries while staying true to brand guidelines.

You’ll also be:

• Qualified and Experienced: Degree in Graphic Design (or similar) plus 3 to 5 years in a creative role, ideally in-house or agency
• Tech-Savvy: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; bonus points for motion graphics, HTML5 banners, and Google Web Designer. Experience with digital video editing is a plus
• Design Obsessed: Great eye for composition, colour and typography with a passion for creating standout visuals
• Organised and Detail-Driven: Juggle multiple projects without missing a beat or a pixel
• Creative Thinker: Bring fresh ideas that align with marketing goals and drive engagement
